A 50% booking fee is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your event date. This fee ensures that the requested equipment is reserved exclusively for your event.

In the event of adverse weather conditions or a required change of event date, the booking fee will be retained as a credit for a period of up to six weeks. This credit may be used to reschedule your event for either an indoor or outdoor booking, subject to availability.
